There is also a younger male who occasionally answers the phone who refuses to listen. You will need to repeat yourself several times, but be warned, he may not have heard you anyway. Customer service is not a high priority here.
I would give this office no stars if it were possible. They are 20 min from my home yet I have to go through this enormous automated list before I can speak to a human being. Wheres the damn respect? After you go through the gauntlet (praying you don't repeat yourself too often or get misheard by a COMPUTER PROGRAM) then you wait for 30-45 min! Its two o'clock in the afternoon on a damn Wednesday, whats the malfunction?
Sorry to say but I agree with the other reviews. I just moved here and they refuse to deliver my mail so I have to keep driving there to pick up my mail when it could be put in the mailbox my new home's builder installed. Friendly ...no. Helpful....no. The guy behind the counter just wants to be right rather than be helpful.
Horrible. thay should fire the post master and get somebody that knows how to run a post office
Always nice staff and rarely ever too busy.
"Oh, you work 7-4? We're not open before or after that. 8-5? Nope, not then either. I would say come by on your lunch, but we are closed then, too."
The hours at this post office are horrendous if you work for a living and need to pick anything up. 9-12, 1-4:00.
